Syunt-Hasardag State Natural Reserve is located in the mountains of South-western of Kopetdag on the territory Mahtumkuli and Serdar districts of Balkan region and Baharli district of Akhal region of Turkmenistan. The modern territory Ayderinskogo portion of the reserve is located in a narrow strip (sometimes up to 1 km) along the main river canyon Aidere in its middle reaches tracts between Miraj and Sapar Bahar. On the right slope of the gorge protected conservation area is wider than the left, and reaches the watershed line between the river and the gorge Aidere elm, including the lower reaches of one of the major tributaries of the river Aidere - Annakara creek. The difference in altitude within Ayderinskogo area - 800-1300 m. Flora. Flora Reserve are 1293 species, 559 genera of 100 families, which is 93.6% of all the flora reflects Southwestern of Kopetdag (1381 views). The basis of the flora of the reserve account for angiosperms (99.0%) of the ancient representatives: goloseme nnyh, ferns and hvoscheobraznyh - very slightly (16 species from 9 genera). Due to polymorphism in separate groups of genera and families to create an ordinary Iranian and Central Asian floras attitude bipartite monocotyledonous as 4: 1, while emphasizing the increasing role of dicots. Fauna of the Southwestern of Kopetdag paleogeographic reflects the changes taking place on the territory during the geological past, starting from the Late Cretaceous time. Heterogeneity zoogeographical structure, combine elements of different origin, namely the Central Asian, Mediterranean and the Caucasus, in conjunction with the equally diverse vegetation associations determined the unique fauna of the reserve. The core of the fauna species constitute xerophilic Iranian-Afghan Nagorno-desert fauna. Sufficiently representative group of mesophilic forms of European Mediterranean, Turan-Central Asian and Euro-Siberian (forest) complexes.
